Hey folks I came across a great resource if you have a sick aquatic creature you want professional help with.

http://www.aquavetmed.info/

You can look for veterinarians in your area who can treat your fish or other water critters.

We had to take Fred to a vet after we got them...by the time we were thru it was $350 bill...We decided then that we would take care of any problems that arise after that...We work really well with our dog/cat vet--He does't do koi or fish so I tell him what I need and what I need it for--that was its low cost and he learns along the way as well...Not to say the vet we went to was not very helpful--but, it was very costly-and not too many folks are willing to pop down that sort of cash on a fish.....I did and don't regret doing it...but, have found out that with the help of a good KHA--you can do it at home and alot cheaper....
