I had a short but sweet visit yesterday with Krista, it was nice to see her again. She stopped in to visit while in town doing business and staying with her sister. I sent her home with a rather large division of Stella D'Oro daylily that I received from LeeAnne many years ago.

Here is a pic we had taken before her husband picked her up.

Wow, great pic of you both! Your pond is looking very lush also, and you are in bare feet and of course, I'm jealous. I'm always barefoot--even walk out on the porch and down the steps to get wood to put in the wood stove, but my feet aren't very warm afterwards.

I was outside today, while it wasn't raining, and it was in the low 60's today and I wore my sandals all day with no socks. I'm struck by Spring Fever and only wear shoes to work(required

Hey Sean:

Both Krista and you look good! I noticed your pond is just starting to leaf out. I hope to see more tropical pics this season!!!

We will be in Vancouver next January for a couple of days, I think 4-7, at the Sheridian before heading to Whistler. Hopefully we can meet up for dinner our treat! Is Maryvonne still around or did they move to the island yet?

Been too long since we've all been together

I can probably swing an August long weekend tour de Vancouver

and I wasn't really bundled up... had just walked 3km from my sisters...

I'm ashamed to say that Bob and I don't have passports.

We never needed them and I'm not sure we can get them in time for August but maybe they are less busy now. They were backed up for months because the rules changed.

You can also get a passport card for only $30 good for Canada and Mexico.

I am so glad I got passports. 6 months later I had a free trip to Sweden! W/O Passports I'd not have been able to avail myself of that opportunity!

Nice photo of both of you. The balcony garden and pond are looking good. We are still here, still waiting for things to happen. We will likely still be here in Jan. Would love to get together with everyone again. It would be nice to meet you too Jessica.

Hi Krista!

Don't be fooled by "Canadian weather". I got one of the worst sunburns of my life visiting Vancouver a few years back.
Sitting in my office back in Los Angeles, glowing and pealing, nobody expected the answer "Canada" to the question "Where did you get that sunburn?"
