WHAT am I???
« on: May 27, 2011, 06:26:58 AM »
Found this growing on the back side of the waterfall hill.
I didn't plant it there.
It looks vaguely familiar but I cannot put my finger on it.
Can't tell if it's friend or foe.

Anyone?!?

See how tall the flower spikes are? There are many more growing up from the leaves.

My first thought was dandelion, a very healthy one.  But I've never seen won with so many buds all in a ball shape.  If the flower goes to seed like a dandy then I would say weed.  In my garden when there is a volunteer plant fer sure it's a weed!  >:(
