I'm with Kathy, jealous of your healthy lotus.
The unusually cool Spring and then the sudden high temp for the past week really did a number to all my plants, including the lotus. Love all the above ground ponds, especially the white one with big gold fish.

Thanks Kathy and Tweety, they started out kind of slow, but once it got hot (and I mean hot) they seemed to have taken off. Have a bud on two of the three so far, excited myself!
Tweety, that white one is an octagon tub out of a mobile home!

I still have lots to do, but with the weather as hot as it is now, going to have to wait. Weeds are getting out of hand too, but about all I can make myself do for now, is go out later in the day and water.
