Waterfall in progress Picture
« on: June 14, 2011, 05:21:33 AM »
Doug (14) and I worked ont eh falls last night. For those of you who remember the pics of my old pond, the flagstone pavers are now part of the new falls. It will look a bit different when the weir is installed, but it gives an idea of how it's coming along. Need to put rocks along the sides to keep the water flowing back to the pond.

What did you decide to use for the steps of the waterfall. Will there be slate/something on top of the liner?

Esther, the steps of the falls are slate. Remember the slate around the old pond? ;D
We are so busy moving stuff that there is no time to hook the wier up for real yet. I still have to put rocks on either side, so the water cascades back in the pond instead of running off the sides.
