I have posted this puzzle before.  Every year or two I think about it and go try to see if I can still figure it out.  It's really frustrating, but can be done.  It seemed like it took longer this time  {:-P;;  I am getting older.  :'(

I don't know anything about the website I found it on, it was the only one with good instructions.

Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!  ;)

It took me a couple tries, but I managed to figure it out.  It helps if you actually READ the instructions, which I didn't bother doing until after the second time the father bopped a kid on the head!  lol
I'm broke and can't afford to pay attention, so you might have to lend me an ear.

Here's a hint: children can be left alone on either side, or with the cop.
The criminal can be left alone on either side too... seems odd though, leave him alone and he would bail, right?  lol

Not sure how much help you want Tonya, but take the thief first, then concentrate on either the boys or girls, it takes several moves, but it works.

Here's another one I used to be able to work, but I'm having fits over it this winter. I can only get two frogs over.............I won't give up!

Ok, still can't figure that one out, but, I went to the site to do the frog one and once again, no luck there.  But did the second IQ test and scored 108 (says average is 95 - 105).  Makes me feel a little better!

The people can travel back and forth across the water.
Take the cop and thief...............leave the thief
Take the cop and a boy.......leave the boy, bring back the cop and thief
Take the dad and the other boy.........

For those who are frustrated and want the answer, you can click here to see how to do it.  I won't post it here because I'm sure some people still want to figure it out....

Okay, okay, I'll admit it I peeked!  I'm relieved they all got across and weren't waiting on me to figure it out because they all would have starved to death!   ::)
