Hit 100 here in Wisconsin again today.
Pretty sure today was another record high for this day.

Today is day #16 to hit 100F or above.  Forecast said we will be hitting 105F for the next 3 days.  One news station said we will hit 108F on Saturday.  Yikes!  We hit our all time record of # of triple digit days last year (53 days).  If the trend continues, I'm sure we will either get close to it, tie it or break another record.  We haven't had any rain for a month either.  Grass is crunchy under the shoes, plant leaves are brown.  Neighboring towns all have water restriction in place.

I heard this joke on the radio station - A woman said "it is so hot here that even my hot flashes feel good!".

Officially, we've only had 15 days of 100 or above and two of those were in May.  The last week of June, 8 days in a row were 100* or higher.

We might not think there is much difference in 99* and 109*...but oh yeah...there is pof difference.  The high one day last week was actually only 79*...loved it.

Rain would be much appreciated in any or all amounts.

We've cooled off to the high 80's, low 90's during the day here after the storms went through yesterday, which was our hottest day of the year so far.  Storms went all around us again and again, no rain.  At least it's supposed to cool off to the high 60's and low 70's at night for the next few days, so that will be a treat.

Helping my daughter move into her new apartment at school in Glendale, Arizona, this past week.  Freaking HOT all day and night.  Highest temp was 106* during the day, returning to the car feels like Hell!  Nights are low 85* at the coolest point.  Moving her stuff up 3 flights of stairs was so exhausting!  I have never sweated so much to be blinded by it!  If I don't lose weight this week I don't think I ever will.....

Yesterday was day # 29 or 30 of temperature over 100F.  For a couple of days last week, we broke old record and had 111F as our day time high!!  Yikes!   {nono}  I really am not a heat person as I would rather have Winter than Summer.  It was dry and hot last summer and so is this summer.  I think I have had enough of this heat!  I'm praying for Winter to come fast, skip the Fall.  On top to this, we haven't had any rain for 6 weeks unless you count the 10 drops I felt yesterday walking outside the office.  The pavement wasn't even remotely wet.   >:(-

For those of you who have had rain or cooler weather, please send them my way!!!

It's been hot enough...though not as hot as some have seen.

We're dry and hopefully there aren't many who are dryer.
