Rainy night in Georgia
« on: February 09, 2007, 11:32:25 AM »
But why does it have to be so darned cold when it rains?  It's not even 40 degrees now and the temps are dropping.  They said it wasn't going to be a bad 'winter storm', but I don't really want ANY winter storm!!!

Raining here too but still around 47F - 50F which is our average winter temps. We did have some bitterly cold days this winter though..  Brrrr...

Sorry I missed the beginning of this thread. I was suntanning on the patio. Oops, duck, dodge, I am sorry - I meant to say I was shivering in the sitting room.
Kidding - another gorgeous sunny winter's day here in God's country, moisturiser needed - I think it is time for you to consider letting Casey come out for a LONG visit.

Cheers,

Mike

Anytime I see something screech across a room and latch onto someone's neck, and the guy screams and tries to get it off, I have to laugh, because what is that thing?

Well it even rained here most of the day. So now we have lakes and mush every where as the ground is still to frozen to absorbe it.  >:(- It is still much to early for us to be getting rain. I hope we don't get those famous terriable flash floods we get. Last year a lady and her granddoughter were washed off the road in a flash flood and they were never found. Burried I guess under mountions of mud. Sad.
I'm just happier outside!
