These were babies from 1 yucca plant that I divided last summer. Not bad for their second year!

Mine is definitely Yucca, I have seen the parent plant with the long blooming spike.

I have something similar looking in the parkway, however it is in the agave family, Furcraea foetida ‘Mediopicta’, sometimes also called Furcraea foetida variegata. Probably not the same as above since the leaves are wider and not likely to bend.

Ok YEA!
Found the tags - it is Yucca Filamentosa "Golden Sword".
Yup - I knew it was a yucca.
Here's a picture of a flower stalk on the mother plant back in 2005
And that stalk in bloom

beautiful!
There are native yucca's on the hillsides here. One is called "Our Lady's Candle" pretty nice looking in bloom.
