2011 Hybrid of mine

Here is one that bloomed last year but has really gotten full this year as it matured.

On a quest for the elusive lilies...

On this one I stopped guessing.
I don't know if you are referring to my comment about the shape or you have seen this on Facebook.

I think now that it is mature the shape is somewhat stable however the color is a whole different matter.
This was a blue lily last year as a juvenile. It was a blue lily in April, May and June of this year... take a look at these shot of what it looked like before we started getting really hot.

No photoshop B.S. here.
No change in pot, no fertilizer change, only new condition is heat.
I actually liked it better blue but either way it is cool. The white inner sepals and stamen make it's color pop.

I get pretty 'blue' in this heat too Tim  ::)
