DIY address plaque

I have 5 letters in my addess. They wanted 13.00 each!  As an old sign painter I knew i could do better.
here it is ready to be assembled.
The ornamental top was from Salvation Army for 1.00

Now THAT'S  a mailbox!

The lettering is way to big. I will re do it smaller.
Trouble is all my neighbors want me to letter theirs!

Very good job Jerry. I don't think the lettering on the mailbox is too large. It would be easy to see it from the road and sometimes that is a big help.

Hey, tell your neighbors you charge $______ an hour.

By the way the house number doodad would be a wonderful house warming present or even shower or wedding gift for a couple who have bought a house. If they are renting, then maybe the last name. People may not like their name out in plain sight though. Hey, they can hang it inside.

Jerry, just in time for me to put in my order since we just bought a farmhouse with 9 acres of land.  The original mailbox is about to fall apart and we sure could use nice lettering and your skills to give us a new mail box.
