No it isn't easy. Congratulations on your better health. Oatmeal gives me indigestion.
I have managed to lose 50# in the last 12 months, only 10 in the last 5 months. Slow and steady can win a race also.

First, I quit soda, sweet tea, milk and butter. I eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables, salads and fish, chicken, pork and a little beef. Not much cheese at all.
Lifetime changes I hope.

I have not quit soda (diet) trying to cut back. Heck I have lemons, so why not lemonade?
I did heavy gardening today , dizzy as heck . I quit. Thanks to Sean I have a Royal Poinciana tree. I must take it indoors even in our mild winter. It is heavy. I am pooped!

Don't over do it my friend! Glad the various tweaks are working out and good call on changing doctors.
Have a continued healthy and rapid recovery.
Cheers,
Gary

Thanks Gary. I was slow and easy, thought I was in control, lifting and heat will do it.

You sound great Jerry! Glad everything is running smoothly.
Take it easy outdoors...if it is as hot and humid near the beach I can only imagine it's that much hotter and humid galore in your area!
I can't be outdoors like this...it really zaps away strength.
