The cuttings of the epi E. strictum from AP member 'magoo' are growing so wonderfully! It blooms most of the year. Most flowering happens in the late spring when it seems the whole plant is busting out with fireworks. The plant itself is growing like crazy! Only sad thing is the beautiful delicate flowers only last a day in our sun. But always more popping up to replace the spent blooms! Absolutely my favorite!
Thank you magoo!
PS.. The leaves are red from too much sun. The nectarine tree they are hanging from is slowly dying and not leafing out very much. She's 28 yrs old. Will eventually have to build a trellis for all my epi's hanging pots.
