Beautiful pictures.

It's hard to believe it is actually coming. How many days? From the snow on the ground around here, you wouldn't know it.

You shouldn't have done that Joyce. I had changed my mind about starting a lily pond but umm now I gotta do it.

And this is what pushed me over the edge to get one done, Joyce's pictures, if I can only get it to look half as nice as her photos of lilies, lotus, I'll be thrilled.  And don't get me started on container gardens, because she has me hook, line and sinker there now also.

Joyce, your photos are awesomely stupendous!  Please continue to post them, they are my inspiration.

Thanks Joyce, That is awsome. So I have a 16x21' with about 12' cascading water falls. It goes to just shy 3' deep in the center. I have ordered the Momo Botan cuz I thought my pond would't be big enough for a full size one. What's your take on that? And how deep can they be set into the water?

I don't believe in putting lotus deep at all.
All they need is a few inches over their crowns.

The lotus I have in the big pond is Mrs. Perry D. Slocum and it is a HUGE sized lotus,
so the deep water doesn't bother it at all.
Plus it is not potted, it is planted in the mud....filled up the pond in 2 years.

So keep yours potted, unless you want your pond to be all lotus in 2 years or less. :o
