Pond and home valuue

This has neen oft discussed. if a buyer hates it it can be filled in.  If they love it, and they will if their kids are along. It may  be a great sales tool.
have any of you had experience in a situation like this?

This is what I think one of the best pond photos ever. Not mine, but by member Gander.   I think the lad is his nephew

I agree.  Some may see a pond as extra work, but are uninformed.  For me, it was either a pond or a pool.  I obviously chose a pond.

I think that, much like a swimming pool, it limits your prospective buyers pool.

We are surrounded with pools  all empty nesters. Pool are unused.

Depends on the buyer like most things.  If they are into the hobby then it is priceless, but if they are like my friend who cannot even manage to tend to a potted plant...then its a no go. 
My next female cat will be called "Whata Lily"!
