water garden institute
« on: March 21, 2007, 02:01:59 PM »
Spring is here and I wanted to look at all the beautiful pictures.  I went to "water garden institute" and went into shock. There were no pics and no posts about ponding, it was all PORN. Does anyone know what in the world happened?

Krodity...It 'bit the dust'. Had become unsupervised and eventually abandoned, which is why this forum is here. Jerry and Sean took on the project of starting a new forum so all of us 'ponders' could still have a place to go for help.
I hope you continue to visit this site. It's very well managed and many of the people from the other site are here. Plus Sean and Jerry do an incredible job of supervising the content.

I wrote to someone listed as a moderator there awhile ago. He said he had nothing to do with the site anymore, but would notify the appropriate people... nothing happened. I posted a topic about the site needing a moderator and nothing happened. I finally deleted my bookmark, as there was no way to contact anyone and the porn folks were having a field day. I guess like kids and an abandoned building...

Someone is still paying to keep the board on the net, I just don't get it. o(

we were attacked with porn as well as atrocities. It took Sean many hours to overcome the bloody mess.  it really was a bloody mess too.  We are now better insulated to prevent such attacks, but nothing is invulnerable. :'( >:(- >:(- >:( {-)

I tried in vain to locate the real owners and get the board turned off until they can turn it around. everyone I sent e-mails to either no loger had a valid address or was no longer associated with the board and did not have a way to get ahold of the new owners.

Glad you discovered us here at American ponders. Sean and Jerry Do a great job.  :welcome:

That was a free site, no one is paying. Sue and Greg lost in in legal action along with their magazine and cannot access it to remove the porn.

How in the world did they lose the website and the magazine in a legal action?
