Yes, I am dreading the digging, but as you say...whoopie a second chance. I do I have things I want to change and different plants I want. It really is exciting. I do have one question...In my other pond I planted 2 lilies, I dug holes as I was digging the pond, then placed the liner in the bottom, planted the lilies and covered them with kitty litter. I never did take them up or do anything except trim off the dead pads and flowers. I noticed before I moved out that they had really branched out. I thought they were suppose to stay put in the holes, that didn't happen. Is there some way to add lilies to the new pond and still be manageable? I am really wanting to plant things that stay somewhat contained. I would hate the thought of not having lilies.
