Tips for Accurate Remote Estimation in Projects
« on: August 04, 2024, 11:24:11 AM »
Hey everyone,

I’m looking for advice on handling remote estimation for project timelines. With teams spread across different locations, it’s challenging to gauge how long tasks will take. What methods or tools do you use to improve the accuracy of your remote estimates? I’ve tried using historical data and frequent check-ins https://remoteestimation.us/service/drywall-takeoff-and-estimating-service/, but I’m still facing issues. How do you ensure that estimates reflect real progress and account for remote work variables? Any tips or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
