The water lilies came from Mike W. by way of Sean
The Grass from :eeAnne
The sweet Flag from Mickey. Moneywort from Carlos.
Tomatoes (not pictured) came from Cath in Nebraska Esther and Joyce
Lotus from Johns, new guys just showing.

Good idea there, Jerry.

Here is my Lotus from Johns, I need to take a more current one its grown alot since this photo.

I have more plants coming, I will post them soon.

Nothing around here to take pictures of.

Linda in Wisconsin sent me a bunch of bog plants, maybe 6 types, several years ago. Gary/Gander sent Colorado, Perry's White Wonder lilies and one other I can't remember. Teresa sent a pink mini waterlily. Dorsalfin sent Black Knight brushes and a water hyacinth. And Joyce just sent the lotus, and some Siberian pink cups.

Jerry, I sent you tomato seeds.

They hatched hopped around and vanished. I just got a tip from Kay or Barb (memory is shot) for some Leopard Frog tadpoles. They are on the way. I grew up with thse guys in PA,, the frogs that is.

It is so easy to forget who was sent what, but still appreciated.

I HAD a folder just for plants that people have sent because my memory ain't so good.
Unfortunately when my computer crashed, I lost the info......

( I now try my best to backup occasionally)

About the time that I start naming, I'll leave someone/something out..... thanks all for the wonderful plants that you've sent in the past!

I had a lot of Leopard frogs last year, my first year for my pond, but no tadpoles yet. And I am just now getting plant gifties from members here, so it's a bit soon for me to post pics. But I am going to sit back and enjoy the view on this thread in the meantime.

The tadpoles arrived, a third were goners, They were very well packed though, so I have no beef with the sender. :'(

Jerry, do they pack tadpoles like they do fish for shipping? Maybe there wasn't enough oxygen added to the bag(s)?

yes, The bags were a bit skimpy. He used foam "peanuts" too. They are doing well in a tub in the greenhouse. My plan is to put them in the pond when they have legs. This sound right anyone?

You have turtles right? I would make sure they are really mobile and fast before they are anywhere near a turtle or they will be a snack. They should be able to get out of the pond as well IMHO.

Wish plants I received in healthy condition only survived long enough to be photograghed

But I do appreciate the few who gave me a chance to be a green thumb water plant gardener. I am now the collector of Lotus-less pots and plantless bog (smelly too

LeeAnne gave us the grass below. It is thriving too. My wife admired it at LeeAnns, nuff said.
