It was me Thank you for checking but I will probably end up buying from Wayside gardens. Was the color not the same and what kind of price did they have?
Have a blessed day

This is the pricey garden center, they were about 2 or 3 gallon size and $39.99. The color is an orange, but they weren't blooming so I couldn't quite tell yet. I'll be there again over the weekend so I'll write downt he name this time. I KNOW I saw them at home depot last year too, much smaller for about $6.99. Do you have HD near you? I would check there.

Yes, within just a few minutes but they always have just a couple of colors and orange is never one of them.

Wayside Gardens photoshops their photos and they send tiny plants for the money. I'm so not impressed with them.

I agree with LeeAnne.
Wayside gardens are the biggest rip off artist (and fake photos ALL the time) out there.  >:(
They are dirt bags in my experience, have burned me SEVERAL times, not to mention many other family members.

I will NEVER order from them again. {nono}
And every time they send me an advertising email,
I send them a nasty gram back. (a form letter I wrote specifically for them)
They will not take me off there mailing list...and that pisses me off too. ::)

Keep an eye out at Lowes and Home Depot.
Drop in at every 'mom and pop' type nursery in your area.
If the plants are small, buy them anyway, they grow FAST!
I've already had to move 3 of mine (I have the Northern Lights series...VERY fragrant too)
because they grew so fast, and I understimated how big there would get. :o

Yellow, and orange, and fragrant, are you talking about Exbury deciduous hybrids?

If so there is a large grower here. They are called:

Bay Laurel Rhododendrons
1554 Bean Creek Rd
Scotts Valley, CA 95066
(831) 438-3999

They are a wholesaler but if you walk in with cash...

I was always trying to buy occidentalis and he was always trying to sell me the Exburys...

From your link;
"'Apricot Surprise' is a deciduous azalea derived from the native species Rhododendron prinophyllum,
pollinated by an unnamed Exbury hybrid."

Guess I was close...

They sound very nice.

I hear walking is good exercise...   Well maybe I misled you, I usually drove there.  {:-P;;

You could try giving them a call they might ship to you, or to a mom and pop nursery near you. I did that here with a local nursery—told them about a wholesaler that was selling what I wanted and then they ordered the trees to sell to everyone. It was almost cheaper that way as I didn't have to bear the brunt of shipping by truck a small amount.
