Barb, ebay has a feedback system for a reason....... use it but before hand I suggest to contact the seller.

I'd take a pix of them and send it along with your email.
The times that I have been displeased, I have always emailed the seller first to try to find a solution.

Hey Joyce!  Are the moss rocks still mossy?  I think only you could keep mossy born and raised in Hawaii alive in New York!

Thanks, Bonnie.  I just checked his feedback, someone just left him a neutral for the very same reason.  Someone else left a positive, but pointed out the plants were small.  I just hate confrontations.  *sigh*

Tammie, the rocks are still mossy, although very pale yellow-green.
Turning greener and greener as the days get warmer,
so I know the moss is not dead, just PO'ed. ;)
Peace to all  ... Joyce

Now Tammie!  I may not be able to grow lilies (which require sun), but I can damn sure grow those plants that don't like sun . . . . like mushrooms and moss . . . . they love me and my yard!

There is bad blood between these two and I just don't care to see it here on this forum. One eggs on the other and the whole thing becomes a public spectacle over and over, time and again. I for one am done with it.

This goes for anyone who has a problem with another member at American Ponders. We do not want to see your dirty laundry here. There are other appropriate places for that.

Very well said, Sean, Thank you.

As for my recommendation about feedback percentages, again, I was being general.
Not absolute. There are always exceptions and you should, of course, read the feedback.

Eveyone who buys on eBay should use this site:
http://www.toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs

There are buyers and sellers both with undeserved negs however, most people don't take the time to read feedback and tossing out sellers who are below 99% will up the odds of a better transaction. Most things on eBay aren't rare and picking a seller who has a better feedback rating is just smart.

Barb, I would email the seller to discuss my concerns before leaving feedback. You are more likely to have a confrontation if you just neuter the seller and not give them a chance to rectify the situation. Most consider a neutral a neg....

This post appears under chat too. {nono} {nono} {nono} {nono}

"Members!  We love you all, but none of us are perfect, including me and Sean.  One reason this board has been so good is that we all treat each other with respect, even when we agree to disagree.  This is how it should be.  Sure there have been a few nasty people that had little tact, manners or restraint.  They are GONE!
We do now have a few fine members that tend to "Bait" each other.  Not a good idea.  Please, please think before you write. The printed word does not show a smile, or a twinkle of the eye.  Your discretion is needed!"

LeeAnne, I know you exactly what you were referring to.  Alittle bit of knowledge about ebay and common sense will keep a person from having a nightmare experience.

We luv you Jerry and Sean!

I made the mistake and made a couple of comments here to a person that I was somewhat upset with at the time and it was wrong.... {nono} but I edited and deleted because of respect for this forum plus it's done and over.

Personally I don't ever want this forum to become another AWGS in those dark days with all the knit picking and bickering back and forth over nonsense.  >:(-

There is more than one way than YOUR way, get over yourself folks........

Thank God that everyone has their own way of doing things and their own opinion on things or we wouldn't have anything to talk about!  O0
