Not absolute. There are always exceptions and you should, of course, read the feedback.

Most things on eBay aren't rare and picking a seller who has a better feedback rating is just smart.
Barb, I would email the seller to discuss my concerns before leaving feedback. You are more likely to have a confrontation if you just neuter the seller and not give them a chance to rectify the situation. Most consider a neutral a neg....
