Last year I took these cannas out of the skippy, they were over 6' tall before they bloomed and they were pushing against the shade cover. They are in the ground now and are only a couple feet tall but already blooming. I think having the direct sun has kept them shorter.

My water cann has been blooming since March. My other canna is struggling.
