Hi Steve,

Please describe Thalia dealbata "Blue Cup" for me.  I can find very little on the web other than she comes from Africa and has dusty blue leaves.

Hi encore , perhaps Thalia Blue Cup is a plant lost to cultivation now , but my info source says
"Blue cup probably originates from a now closed nursery called "
Does anyone have any old Thalia hybrids that do interesting and exciting things ?
Thanks

p.s. Doing a little web research I found it may well be a Greg Speichert hybrid , sorry to say I know nothing about Mr Speichert but I shall get on with the quest to find more info.

Greg Speichert used to own Crystal Palace Perennials and Watergardening Magazine.

It can't be that old of a hybrid if he developed it.
