it is a sequence pump and works very well. And a Skippy filter.
Here is what I do, but not always easy.
1. turn off power
2. remove basket from skimmer and clean well
3. open the priming pot and clean it.
4. now the problem...I must run a hose in the priming pot in order to get it going, is this how it is supposed to be? Sometimes it takes many attempts to get the falls flowing full force. :'( :'(
