I think they will overwinter just fine.  I did 2 ingrounds tubs and covered it with cardboard then bags of leaves and they lived and the ones I brought in the garage did not :)

    Thanks for all the info, looks as though ALL of the floaters are dying off, I suspect the remaining vertical leaves will follow suit soon. UGH!!!! Sorry Tikster. Hopefully it rebounds from me being an idiot  :(
