I know what it is, do you???

This came up on its own, very healthy looking next to the front puddle.  Its has doubled since I took this pic on Sunday.

Kim

And, check out that lily we popped out of the top of the front puddle.  We took off several healthy chunks and put in my neighbors pond.  That lily came from the Former Mr. T.W. Samuels, widows house.  Its always healthy no matter how crowed it gets.  The pads were up out of the water and still happy and blooming.  All of that lily came out of the top part of the puddle, tight fit.

Some sort of Taro, a Philodendron, a turnip green leaf? Seriously I am guessing that is what it looks like to me.

I'll let you all keep guessing as I have to leave for work in a few minutes.  I will post another pic when I get home tonight as clue 2.  (Let me add, it may or may not be a pond plant, it just came up next to the pond)

Looks like Indiana Karen might have an idea.

I don't know if it is a watermelon, squash or cuke but it is something along those lines. I'm not a vegetable grower.

I can't determine it and I'm from the south but I'd say it is squash or cucumbers after a closer look.

Well I was going to post clue #2 but someone guessed it right, Tinkster!  O0

Here is todays pics of it...........That pumpkin was 1/2 the size last Sunday than it is today, at this rate its going to be huge.  I believe it comes from the pumpkin wars we have each year when we clean out pumpkins, the kids look forward to it every year.

woohooo.. I win.. and my prize is?????

I dont know if you want the pumpkin to get huge or if you want multi pumpkins but if you pull them other blooms off and dont let it set fruit  and cut back all but a few branches, it will put all its growth to that pumpkin and could be one of those prize winning 100 lbs pumpkins  :)    We grow them here to decorate with and we love roasted pumpkin seeds but mine tend to get ready to soon and they get worms that eat a hole in them then they rot :(

Tink, just 100lbs? Have you seen some of those record breaking pumpkins? They need a crane to get them unloaded. Kim could always build herself a Cinderella carraige. Just be home before midnight. ;)
