Kathie, Lynn T, myself and I believe another person or two corresponded and found out that yes Anna was alive.

Lynn's job sure helped because she had connections! :)
We were in contact with neighbors, local police, etc..
? Someone? ( I'm thinking a relative of Lynn's)   went to Anna's house for us!
[...]

I wish I could remember the whole ordeal......
Bonnie, I remember that stuff from her "husband". It was most likely her the whole time.

There were a few others too. Bonnie, Lynn T, Marylin, Pam, Joyce, and me. Maybe more. I was the one who eventually called the cops, and it was the police who did a "well-check" on her. They called me back and explained that everyone was alive and well at her household, and "did I want to press mail fraud charges?" (I had explained the situation first, not an emergency, was anybody dead, etc) Apparently the authorities do not take mail fraud lightly. They were hot to trot!  {-) Gosh, maybe I'm vindictive, but I shoulda been a cop! I'd love it. Nothin better than putting criminals where they belong.

I remember the whole Anna ordeal.  I wonder where she's hanging out now and if she's still trying to bilk people?   >:(-

Marilyn and Joyce thought she was faking her death and started checking up on it before anyone else posted about it. Great minds..... I was late to the party, I just could not believe it, but called funeral homes and flower shops pretending I had FTD orders for her funeral from her internet friends.

Someone set up a message board for keeping track of the sleuthing. She didn't stand a chance....

I'm sure the husband and sister never posted and it as was her all along.

If she put as much thought into being legit, she would have succeeded!

Are you freaking kidding me?!  This yacht lady surely was nuts.  I noticed she said on her way out that she would stick to koiphen where everyone was polite, blah, blah, blah... but when I looked, there is no registered user on koiphen by the name yacht lady... wonder what her username is over there?  I don't want to get cheated and discredited by her in the future.

I'm pretty sure she goes by Karen P on Koiphen.  I looked her up on there and looked at post by her and the pictures and stuff are ones I seen on her hosta page when she sold them.  She is in Pensylvania and joined koiphen in July last year.  Plus she writes the same.

I'm glad you guys seen through her she really did a number on some of us.  I never retracted the paypal payment because I really felt like I could trust her to send me the hosta's and she said she would send me extra since I was willing to wait till this year.

I'm just glad she didn't discredit me here.  I was really worried about what you guys would think about me.  Like I said I didn't read the thread but I was told she was talking trash about me.

Karen and LeeAnne, you two have great minds..  Thanks for refreshing my memory!

Karen who is/was Pam?

In the end didn't Anna herself finally post and had this sob story that she just got behind on trades and that is the reason for the whole thing?

I remember the whole Anna story. Wasn't it a tornado that came along and sucked everything out of her pond?! Fish, plants, water and all!!!

Bonnie, I think Pam's handle was 'WildestDreams' or something very similar to that.  She lives in Colorado and I think knows the Victoria Lily people really well.

Becky, LOL!!!
