Up close and personal Rhonda Kay and a Dragonfly
« on: July 10, 2007, 09:07:02 PM »
Had a dragonfly pose for me today on Rhonda Kay.  Oh, couldn't leave out the Bullfrog and one hornet that isn't going to sting anyone.  I got stung by a wasp in two places July 3, right between my thighs.  I'm glad I had jeans on, or where it got me it might have went up my shorts and I really would have been in trouble.  Neighbor gave me some sting kill stuff, but the ice-cube and wash cloth felt the best.

Great pics!  Bee stings are nasty.  Hope you recover from them fast.

Very nice photos Kim. I really like the dragonfly on Rhonda Kay. It's a pretty lily. Bee stings are nasty. Hope yours heals quickly.

It did get a big red area around the sting about the size of a baseball.  One of the spots that it got me swelled up about the size of a nickel.  We had company over that evening and my friend was a nurse and kept checking me...LOL, I was alright.  But you know, I did feel like I had a cold for a few days or summer flu.  I had a headache for several days, aches and at night I would chill.  I wonder if that wasp sting had anything to do with that.  Never thought about it until now.  I feel fine now...
