Can you find the frog
« on: August 25, 2007, 10:11:49 AM »
Went out to check the ponds this morning and this little guy caught my eye.  Can you find him?

Kim

Ponds are like patato chips, ya just can't have one.

Yes, he is.  What a goofy place from him to be.  I was surprised to see a frog up there.  The poor old petunias have just about seen their season.  Its pretty high off the ground, either he's a good jumper, or he made his way up on the deck and jumped from there.

Cute frog.  We have some but rarely get to see them.  Everytime I walk towards the pond, I hear "Squeek, plop".  Our cats keep them spooked.

Nice frog!  We have a bunch of those, too.  I don't know if they are bull frogs, or green frogs.  They do make the funniest noises.

I had one last year that hung out in a hanging pot by the pond.  He would only jump into the pond if you touched teh pot but he didn't care what you did near him as long as you didn't touch the pot.  He would just sit and watch you.
The irony of life is that, by the time you're old enough to know your way around, you're not going anywhere
