Here are a few shots that dh took for me.  The one with the arbor thing, there is a small puddle under there some where.

See the skippy filter?
The water falls is that one where you see the little whole in the snow, and a small section where the water if flowing, some where under there.

We got somewhere between 12 and 14 inches of the white stuff.

A few more...All the thunderstorms we've had with all the strong winds, the pool cover just couldn't handle it.

It sure is pretty but I must admit I'm glad it's not in my yard! Hope it melts away soon and things start to bloom for you.

Its already starting to melt.  Just hope the roads don't freeze when it drops tonight.

Nope, Gary she didn't find the pond.  Thank goodness, she's pretty smart.  Its the little boy pug we have to keep an eye on.  He's the one that fell through the ice last year.  His lights are on, but no one is home.  Ya, know what I mean.

Here's another one of her:  With all the sunshine today, we already see the front puddle.  I'll take another pic later on for comparison.

TY, Maryvonne

It did a little, but not much.  My bingo work did shut down.  Most churches have cancelled services tomorrow, because of what melted today has froze to the roads.

I went ahead and took another sick day, since 3 can count as one.  Rested some more, feeling better.  I will head to work tomorrow afternoon at 4.

Yes, Tink.....flooding is going to be bad.  They've been talking about a repeat of the floods of 1937.  The other day they were talking about putting up flood gates.  The Ohio river is aready several feet above flood stage, and they said when the snows melt from all over, its going to get worse.  Just said on the news it will be rising a foot a day.

Oh boy.  That's too much snow.  Looks like your pug enjoys it.  I complain about the high temps here in the desert, but I think I would go insane the snow.  I guess I'm just hard to please.  I hope all is well in your area.

She just loves it.  Barks and whines to go out, while our Boy Pug hates it.  We practically have to boot him out the door..

Yep,  looks like my yard!!  I'm so glad we did not get caught with the last batch, just some nuiesance snow.  Sure it will be gone before all mine,  it can be pretty, and a conversation, but if it's not the norm it can be a PITA

hahaha our Beagle loves the snow too. He shoves his head as far into the snow as he can and runs around with his nose on the ground (or as close to it as he can get) and looks like a doggie snow plow going! ;D

We had freezing rain all night, and are getting snow today. Bad combination. Just hoping we dont have any more trees come down around the house. I always get nervous now when they get completely covered in a couple inches of ice. Every once in awhile over the years one will snap under the weight and come down. Lost 4 in one night a few years ago. They fell all around the house and cars, but basically missed everything somehow. The only damage was one came close enough for its branches to smack the outside light off the side of the house!

Before todays storm the radio guy said that we have had 12 feet of snow this year. Not a record yet, but getting close!
