Don't it make the pond season seem so much closer.  I had one blooming in the gh too, just didn't take a pic.  Sure put a smile on my face.

I think we need a KY/OH/IN pond party what ya think?

Kim

Ponds are like patato chips, ya just can't have one.

I pulled GD Colorado out yesterday to repot.  It was so cold and windy that I just cut off 3 pieces with the shovel and added osmocote and litter...topped with rock and put it back in.  I potted up the cuttings for a friend.  There were numerous little buds also.  I can't wait for May and blooms.

I have 10 more to do something with...SinL will be here next weekend.  I'll let him lift them out and DD can help me.

Green Smoke is an awesome lily, that's for sure! 8)
But ALL of Craig's lilies are fantastic!

Nope, I won't be seeing blooms for a while either. :(
The best I have now are little pointy pads coming up straight...funky looking. :o
But everything is ALIVE! @O@
Peace to all  ... Joyce

I've seen Green Smoke in person and it is amazing. I'm a fan of stronger colors usually but I just love it.  O0

I think all of mine are dead in the greenhouse again.

Do you heat your water? With what?  I did heat the greenhouse and the land plants are all alive though very shabby but there is no sign of life from the three tropical lilies I bought. Two never bloomed. I know they grow like weeds for others but dang it, I'm not having good luck with them.

LeeAnne ,
I have a Titanium heater in it . I bought it from Aquatic Eco-System's  .http://www.aquaticeco.com/subcategories/693/Titanium-Heaters . It's the 800w
one . It heated my 750 gallon pond in the g'house even when the wind chill factor was -12* .
The water stayed at 70* all winter . I usally start up the heat in the g'house around the frist of March.
So I don't heat my g'house during the winter month's . The sun is Great for that ! It get's
up to 80*+ , pretty warm .
