I liked the look in September. Will those come back when it warms up?

Your fern baskets were so luscious in September. Not so green today. Do ferns come back on their own when it warms up? What kind of ferns are these and are they in the sun all day?

We get new ones each year and transplant from three-wire baskets to four-wire baskets. Nothing on the 8' fence comes back.
