Nah joyce, not the lotus, but like most guys ( and some girls) when they are out in the back 40, I ain't a comin in to pee.

I am doing well, the pain is only discomfort now, minor at that.
I will stop the therapy but do it myself at home.  I have heat, I have ice and I can do the perscribed exercises.  The only thing i can't do is the Ultra Sound device.  I think some of it is mumb jumbo.
 
I think i can get back to the gym by Nov 1st.  yes Ill take it slow.

Jerry, Ultra Sound is pretty cool. Gets way  down deep and feels good. Had that done once after a car accident.

I went to the chiroprater this past Wed. and after looking at the xrays, She said that I look great!! and my back looks good too.
She said that after working for 60 years, my back is in great shape. She did an adjustment and sent me on my way.
I must have pulled something and it will just have to heal. It feels pretty good, although a little sore after some yard work today.
I keep forgetting, I'm not 30
