that rock is what makes it! Very nice and natural.
Question: Is there any issue with putting a pond so close to a house? Are you using the concrete base of the house as a wall of the pond? Any damage to the building, from leaks or weight?

yup--- that is just the foundation to the house. Nothing goes above that line... except a couple loose rocks here and there. I did not want anything to jeopordize the actually side of the house... it's all on the big slab footer that is exposed.

We have the natural mossy rock here in our Valley and of coarse I went out and got some. I have not bought one rock for my pond. 16'x 25" and 10' 3 tier falls. Yep I five fingered every one from mother nature. I know, It's against the law, but I never get cought.
