I always look forward to your posts Joyce - There will always be stunning pics. The third one is like some Marc Chagall piece of art. Very striking.

Now, the story of why we had to import fish from PA?

Cheers,

Mike

The third pic does look a bit like a chagall  . . . . have you ever visited the Maeght Foundation in St. Paul de Vence?

I like the first fish the best . . . . but I'm sure Jamie loves them all!  Are you going to keep them indoors or put them in the pondsai?

Cool fish Jamie! :) Love the panda  o(:-) Poor old Jaws, a guy has to eat for pete's sake  ;) It must be a Wakin trait because I saw one of my adults chasing the Wakin fry. {nono}  I think they just really, really like to eat and get very serious about it.

Thanks Mike, we were in Allentown for the MAKC Koi and Goldfish show.
Jamie kept on begging to get a few of these, she only wanted two, and the vendor threw in the Black Moor for free. @O@

Steve, please don't notice the fake plastic aquarium plants covered in nasty dark green algae. {:-P;;

Teresa, no never heard of the place. ?)(?
Compared to you, I haven't been anywhere.
These fish are staying where they are, in the basement in a 50 gallon aquarium.
There is the 2 longfinned cherry barbs, Jaws, a Pleco and an algae eater.
And 2 different filtration systems and 2 power jets.
Basically it has enough filtration for 250 gallons.
So they'll be happy! (8:-)

Kay, yes, Jaws will eat whatever fits in his mouth.
He has eaten over $100 of aquarium fish so far.
I almost put him in the lotus pond at work ths spring,
but didn't have the heart at the last minute.
But if he touches these new guys...he will be offered to the Lotus Pond Gods & Goddess. ;)
Peace to all  ... Joyce

Poor Jaws. Hopefully he has gotten his fill of expensive sushi on the fin and will behave himself. I bet he would love the lotus pond at work except for that pesky heron and those large koi. It's the pits when you are probably the slowest fish in the pond with a predator looking for dinner. I'm glad you saved him.
