I wanted to update on my new lotus, though not quite as spectacular as Joyce's

we all have to start somewhere

Three of my four are doing fabulously - pads everywhere, some arials, and putting new pads out so quickly I'm amazed! One, sadly, I do not think will make it. :'( There had been one green tip that I found when I baled out some water to check on it, but after it turned into a pad it turned brown in a few days. I'm going to check it out in a bit (it's *so* hot right now) to see if there is any new growth coming out. If so, is there anything I can do to hopefully save the poor thing? Right now it only has the one sad brown pad. I used Joyce's recipe, and clearly it's a good one judging from my other pots (not to mention her pics

). Thanks for any advice.
