The gifts are still coming. My stepmom gave me a card at the hospital yesterday and there was a check for $25 in it. Remember, she's the one who doesn't give gifts? So I headed straight for a Goodwill type store. I kinda went over my budget. I got a mohair marroon, green, navy, black, plaid button up V front sweater, a boatneck fushia long sleeved sweater, a maroonish red and white striped man style shirt, a heavy white cotton knit v neck long sleeve sweater, a green and navy plaid Pendleton wool jacket, and a kind of plum color, long, all weather, dress coat with a zip out lining. This came to $34.89. Not bad huh?
I am getting so tired of remodeling my clothes. I would think that there will come a time that I can't "take them in" much longer. I'm down 40 pounds so far. At this point I'm struggling a bit. I have to stop baking for the hospital staff because I'm too tempted by it.
