?? about hardy waterlilly seeds

I got some in the mail and there were in a bag with a lil water . I dont plan on starting them this year so should i put the in a dry paper towel or keep the moist ???

Hardy water lily seeds? I've heard that that was rare. If they are wet, then they need to be kept wet. If they sprout, then you may need to grow them inside. I know that Victorias have to be nicked for them to start, most of the time. I know that I shouldn't be nosey but where did you find hardy water lily seeds?

You need to keep them wet.  I keep them stored in a jar of pond water in the refrigerator.
