I am wanting a pretty pink hardy.  In my pond I already have james brydon, attraction, which have similiar colors,  I have almost black which is dark burgandy and the colorado.  I dont really want a light pink but a very very rose pink.  I thought about mayla but is she alot like james brydon being a burgandy pinkish?

What lily do yall recommend for pretty pink that is very prolific.  I only gots room for one more now :)

Mayla is an intense pink & does very well blooming although she gets crispy for me in the high heat.  Don't forget it also is a space hog in both pot & water surface.  So far I haven't found any other pink that I'm extremely satisfied with, so it will be interesting to see what other people's opinions are.

There is never enough room for all of the water lilies that I want ;-)

Tink how about Perry's fire opal....it is a totally different pink that Mayla-- not one of my best bloomers but, a decent bloomer and the flowers are sooo pretty....Or american Star---I don't have that one--but, all the pics I've seen of it---look like its really a pretty lily....

American star looks beautiul!  anybody have it any experience with it.. I want a good bloomer.

Lawanna perrys fire on a few pages I looked at kind of looks like the same color line of james brydon?? then on other pages it looks more pink like pink ribbon.  Pink ribbon is really the color or simliar that I am aiming for I just dont want to invest in a expensive new on the market lilly. I want a cheap one :)

Here are a couple good strong pinks I shot over the last few days in San Angelo.
Yuh Ling is not as strong a bloomer as the others however.

Mayla is hot pink. It doesn't look like James Brydon at all. Its a gorgeous bloom and I really don't think you would be disappointed.

I also like Firecrest really well. Its sort of a lavender pink and it has a really different orange center. It is a very good bloomer.

Pink Beauty is another pink that I have that I really like. Its a medium pink but the flowers have a waxy look to them. Its also a great bloomer.

Masinello is a good one that has not been mentioned as is Dallas.  Personally I think Leydekeri Lilaca is nicer, or rosey airy, Charles De Meville, Carnea.  A lot of different ones, so it will be hard to choose.

Pink Beauty is one of my favorite pinks and its a non-stop bloomer.

My Mayla

Its a light pink but Madame Wilfron Gonnere is a very pretty one. Large blooms and a good bloomer.

Here is a Louise Villamarette cross that came up from natural cross pollination. I think it is a nice pink lily.
