The magic of rain
« on: July 26, 2008, 11:25:22 AM »
We didn't get the hurricane, but quite a bit of rain. All the plants love it.
I water, and water, and they survive - but when it rains, the plants grow - that's magic.  @O@

@O@ I am so relieved for you!  O0
Now you just have to take weekly pix so we can all watch it grow, time-lapse style!
We finally got rain last week after a month of no rain.
Was just about to give up on watering!  :P
Peace to all  ... Joyce

Both of you lilies are wonderful.  I'm totally into pinks.  We here in AZ are getting some of the leftovers fromt that hurricane.

Beautiful lilies!  Good luck with your Victoria  O0 O0  BTW, might want to check your Director George T. Moore tag as it looks more like King of Siam to me.

Yeah, Kat - I've been wondering about the Director. When you have as few lilies as I do, tags are not needed - except when you don't remember the name to begin with (like the Fool Pink - any idea what she is?)
The blue one definately came in tagged as "Director Moore" - but could have been mistagged. I got it from a wonderful water garden store, not a breeder - so the usual consumer jerking can apply - pick up the tag to read it and stick it back in an adjacent pot...  >:(-
Whatever it is, its a fuzzy.  @O@ And a really brilliant blue.

Well, Dir. Moore it is definitely not but it sounds like you are happy with it so that is all that matters.  Not sure about the pink as I don't have one like it in order to point you in the right direction.  It is pretty & the pads are great.
