I'm so behind on pond upkeep....help!!!

I hear you on that one.. I have been so busy with others stuff around the house I let two waterfalls get over grown with plants to the point one of them started draining water under the liner.... I have thrown out 30 large bags of over grown plants, this line keeps ringing in my hear.... If I plant it, it will grow!!!!   This is my third year with the pond.. learned a lot of lessons...   8-)~   ALL your lilies look great...    o(:-)  I think that is all that counts   8)

They all  look great. 

Feeders Supply store down the road from me  (pet mart) took some WH off my hands yesterday.  I'm running over with it.  Of course they only gave me store credit, but I used it on puppy food.  So it all worked out nicely.  Made room for plants, and it didn't cost me anything for a big bag of food.  Suppose to sell them some more next weekend.  I'm just going to stock up on puppy food with the 5 future mouths to feed.

 I plan on trading in plants for terrestrial.  I have already gotten 5 3 gal Ruggaria "Henry Hudson" for my Virginia place and I should get a variety of shrubs

For some reason my Perry's Baby Red is not wanting to bloom this year. ::)

I was lucky enough to get Chubby from Rebakah a few years back and it is a really neat lily...Try dividing Perry's baby red heavily....I had the same problem with my perry's baby red and my Aurora--infact I had aroura for 7 years without a single bloom...but, now I divide them both every spring and they both bloom all season long....

Thanks! I'll try to remember to do that. ;)


I did divide PBR back in the fall so I figure it set it back. My Aurora bloomed this year but it doesn't bloom very many times during a season.
