Its a semi-dwarf red delicious, just hadn't rippened yet. This is a young tree. Last year the late freeze got the blooms. We had 1 apple, and ended up being knocked off. This year, we have 5 apples. I'm surprised at after the Cicada invasion. Hopefully next year well have more. The tree only gets 15 ft tall.
The mass of Rudbeckias started out being two small pots, some years ago. I have gave some away to neighbors. Last year I put some by the pond, you can see it in one of the pics. Really I put a small start on either side of the falls. One side made it, one side didn't. Same with a marked down azealla bush, same side as the Redbeckias made it, the other didn't. Think it just gets more sun on the other side and it fries most things before they get started.
The yard needs trimmed so bad. I need to go buy a new weed eater, ours quit.
