Any info on Ardisia Humilis

My boss gave us all a Ardisia Humilis plant today.  The tag says " I am Ardisa "Japonica Variegated" Ardisia Humilis"  The tag doesn't really give a whole lot of information on care.  I haven't been able to find much information on the net so far either.  Anyone have experience with this plant?  How big do they get?  What kind of care do they need?  etc...
