Different things are popping up.  We have an overcast today and as I mentioned previously, everything is blooming.

Thanks guys.  No frogs.  I put a couple in last fall, but I don't know what happened to them.  People say they will appear when you least expect it.  I don't think the poor frogs made it.  I do need more water.  Eventually I'll add a float valve like Jerry.

They make a great looking pair  O0  Next spring see if you can go to a local pond/stream/lake to find frog eggs to import.  If you were closer I'd share my frogs with you as we have to mow very carefully because I've got so many this year from all the tadpoles someone gave me from a local lake.

There is never enough room for all of the water lilies that I want ;-)

Very pretty...I've really enjoyed my Mayla this year...even if only one bloom per day so far.   o(:-)

"If you build it the frogs will come"...or maybe toads.  I am over run with toads (I think) laying eggs in my small pond/tubs.  No sooner did I sink a couple of tubs into the ground then did I find the eggs the next morning or two.  They just need to find your oasis first.   :)
My next female cat will be called "Whata Lily"!

That's what I'm afraid of.  Having my yard over run with toads.  However, I don't think that's possible here in the desert.
