Sean and Jerry,

I am new to your forum, and in fact new to forum stuff in general, but found this site easy to use and navigate. I often print out the helpful information I get from here, and find that even with the water gardening books I buy, the best info I get still comes from here. I get quick answers on this forum because the large membership far surpasses another forum I joined previously to "get answers". And, I find that because a lot of members are regular folk like myself, I get more than a "hard sell" in their responses, unlike forums attached to a retailers website.

I deal with a lot of people everyday on a regular basis and have found that there are more kind hearted people on this forum with true generosity of spirit that is lacking in my daily job, and I often "retreat" to this forum for this reason.

I just wanted to let you both know that I appreciate this service that you have made possible and the spirit of sharing that goes on in this forum, and hope that it will continue.

Wait !! there are liy pics??? I just love llooking at pics of other people's lilies, and Kat alway has great lilies... I have been out of town about a week and missed the pics... this is bad, bad and bad.... I am going to go and look more for the lily pics...

I was wondering what I had said that was offensive this time., I forgot I am not the only one named Gary here. I just wont hardly argue anymore. I have in the past argued with Cedric about one of his threads it wont happen again. I still think Kats pics were of my favorite lilies and they were beautiful pics,

Glad to see you happy and amused Jerry. I can tell you I am not. I have just had to remove my e-mail address from my personal information file here as I have received two "hate speech" mails concerning "mop tops".

This situation is extraordinary to say the least. I have asked my server to try and track down the IP addresses. But I think when a situation reaches this point you might find you are humouring the wrong people.

It seems there's always one in every bunch.

I like this place .... you don't seem to judge as harshly as other places. Instead you seem to try to genuinely help .... without the harsh criticisms.

I see the Dr. Monday. I worked hard to lose 8 pounds but feel so bloated and feel pressure.

Jerry,IBS is not a bit funny. And can be quite embarrassing. Stress is a
major factor as to cause. You may think I'm crazy (maybe I am. LOL).
When I got put on calcium with vitamin D, the colon kind, man it made
me a different person. You've got nothing to lose but around $10, give it
a shot. Only thing, wish I'd known about it years earlier. Take care of
yourself, no stress. Some foods, like lettuce for example, can aggravate
it. Good luck. We want to keep you.

I missed what happened but I know that I've been spending more time here lately due to the fur that is flying on another forum. This has always been a very friendly and good natured forum. I hope we can keep it that way! Particularly for the sake of Jerry and Sean's sanity.

Yes I had a lot of stress lately. I was asked to do a SAG film for a students thesis. It was 3 nights all night at a Costco store.
I told the young man there is no upside for me unless I can Get SAG vouchers (proof you worked a SAG film.) 3 makes you eligible to join SAG
On an Actors board I posted the info and sought comments. They were unanimous that there would be NO SAG vouchers! One friend even sent me the pages from the union rules confirming it.
It was a SAG authorized Lo-No pay film, so the student could use SAG actors. I gracefully bowed out.
Also closed a big deal escrow that took a lot of time, Lawyers, Brokers and the city of Long Beach
to accomplish. We did, it is a done deal.
I will be very careful to avoid stressful situations.
All this and the debacle here mad for a tough few weeks. As boxer Roberto Duran said as he was getting killed in a fight.......NO MAS!

well i have no idea what a sag film is but as long as it is a film i love it, i wanted to be director and guess what now im studing electronics can you believe that
