Like many Am. Ponders, I realized I needed to re-register as a Am. Ponders member and did so. However, I used my same password as before the hack. How do I change my password now that I realize I should use a different one?

matherfish,

Go to the profile page,
go to "modify profile" on left of page and click on "Account related settings",
go to "choose password" and enter NEW password,
go to "verify password" and repeat NEW password,
go to "current password" and enter OLD password,
click on "change profile" and your done.

I am logged in under the old password. When I follow the steps listed for changing the password, I am tole that the password is incorrect. I have tried to make the change to a new password numerous times and get the same red error message each time.. I am sure that I am typing the password correctly...

IT is possible to "unregister me" from your end so that I can re-register with a new password? or ????
