When I heard that voice say "You've got Mail," I just about jumped out of my skin!  But I'm so happy you did that cuz now I won't miss messages like I did before!!!  Thanks!!!

That is cool! I like the little voice. :D

It took me forever to figure out that the "My Messages" icon would blink when a message was recieved- mostly due to poor eyesight. I solved that problem by changing the preferences to send me an email when I got a message. It works great for me, but I'd imagine it might be a pain for someone who gets lots of messages.

I would even miss the flashing envelope on the menu bar when I had a new message. The new "You've Got Mail" voice will help those of us who are less observant.

I dunno Sean, seemed like you always responded to my pm's pretty fast . . . . guess you are just super efficient!  Still, I like the little voice . . .  just like being Meg Ryan . . . . only not as good looking!  (And DH is no Tom Hanks!)

When I first got a computer, I was disapointed to learn that it was AOL only that said "You've Got Mail" so I think the new feature is great!  @O@

I like being alerted to pm's because it always took me awhile to notice them before.  Thanks Sean & Jerry for always trying to improve on an already good thing.  Now I have to ask the dumb question: what is the advantage is of having everyone's operating system & browser displayed?
