Took me 20 secs or so to realize I understood what he was saying!  ( I had 2 semesters)

I never had any Spanish and little to no exposure to it but I understood a few things. He was cute and I liked his voice.

LuAnn, I think the open shirt was supposed to show how "Spanish" he was.   

Ponderer, I had two semesters, too, but I still missed a couple of things the first time through.  I can read Spanish (the little bit I do know) better than I can understand it when it's spoken.  I didn't catch the "two bicycles" the first time through, but I would have been able to understand it if there had been closed captioning.

They were both funny. The first one is right about what I "remember" from middle-school Spanish class. The second one was hilarious!

Howell, I had looked at that youtube video before, but I just now watched it again and noticed that when Marty said, "Thanks for joining us...Mike said, "Chipotle."       He just has no clue what he is saying most of the time...of course I'm sure it's intentional.

I liked the look on the teachers face at the end when she said come mierdes - priceless.  I had seen the other video as well Sandye, can't remember where but some blog or forum had a link on it.  The girl in it is really good at keeping a straight face and not smiling.
