Shubunkins changing colors

I understand this happens.  Some of them sure look bland now.  Will they change again? 
if so hopefully with more vibrant colors? :-X

Um, they usually go from colorful to less colorful to white . . .  I have a shubunkin that was gorgeous until it turned into a sarassa.  Funny but only the black faded off the fish.  I figure it took two or three years for that to happen, I have plenty of time for it to lose it's red and go completely white . . . like the other shub that was in that pond!

But I have hundreds of shub babies in the lily pond that need to be moved  to the big pond for the winter.  Maybe some of them will be pretty.
